Under normal circumstances, it is completely unlike me to post a sandwich recipe. I am either hungry or this really does look that good that it needs to be saved!

| 1/2 teaspoonWasabi paste |

Ciabatta and fillet sandwich Preparation
1. Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise.
2. Mix the mayonnaise and wasabi together & spread onto the ciabatta.
3. Fill with watercress & fillet, top with peppers & season
