EASY MORNING COFFEE CAKE
This is a quick and easy dessert that my mother used to make. I added more cinnamon though

EASY MORNING COFFEE CAKE Preparation
Grease round pan 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix ingredients. Beat 30 seconds.
Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes or until brown.

My mother has made this recipe for years. It is a great childhood memory, now it will be my childrens.

Not good at all!Don't waste the ingredients!!

Horrible recipe!I added 1/4 C of sugar and cinnamon and it still wasn't sweet!No a coffee cake at all.Very dry also!!

It was good, and super easy but It definitely needs more of something. Without adding more of a filling, very dense and all the 'goodies' are on top. Next time I will try the apple filling idea, also will try swirling the topping so it is mixed throughout

Very good! I used the idea about the apple filling, and I also used vanilla coffee creamer instead of the milk. Turn out real good.

Pretty good. Definitely needs more sugar in the dough. I also added vanilla and a bit of almond flavor as well. Good texture, just not sweet enough.

I've made three of these in the last two days. I sliced bananas length-wise and lined the bottom of the pan with them before adding the cake mix for the last one. It magically disappeared!
... I wonder if that ever happens in anyone else's household?

I really loved this recipe. It turned out perfectly. I spread some apple pie filling on the bottom, before topping it with batter and the topping. It's delicious.
