"This makes a great App. dish. I've made it several times. Always get raves from family and friends. Few things that I did diffrent. Purchased already roasted chicken. I cut it up in many cubes. An you use the dressing to thin it out a little or alot. As for the hot sauce. 3/4 of the bottle would be enough if you don't want to much heat. I also served it with pita bread or celery. Boil chicken breasts and shred meat from bone.
Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Add chicken and remainder of ingredients to pan, and stir.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread.

cjmonte 1 year agoThis is so easy and is always a big hit at any party. I use a wing sauce called Footys instead of Franks. It is the orange type sauce instead of red. Yum!
