Great start to a perfect game day dip, however I agree it is a little salty. Here are some hints, use low fat everything, halve the cheddar and add 1/3c blue cheese crumble, finally use a smaller bottle of franks extra hot to keep the heat and lose a ton of salt.
Yes it's 5 chicken breast, btw roast them instead, way better flavor.

Not impressed. If i decide to try this again, I will make with 1/2 of the hot sauce. I am from Louisiana and used the Louisiana brand hot sauce. Way too much for my taste.

And if you want it less greasy use less butter when making wing sause and bake it a little longer then scoop the excess red/orange grease off of the top that rises up after it bakes. I Also love to add a few pintches of brown sugar in it it gives it a great twist
