Mama's Mexican Corn Bread
Original recipe makes 6
| 1 cupSelf raising corn meal |
| 1 8-oz canCream Corn or canned Mexican corn |
| 1 cupCheddar Cheese; grated |
| 1/2 cupWhole Milk |
| 1/2 cupVegetable oil |
| 1/3 cupJalapeno peppers; (5 - 7), chopped |
Mama's Mexican Corn Bread Preparation
Mix Corn meal, corn meal,milk and oil. Spread half of mixture in greased and floured baking pan.
Cover with cheese and peppers .
Spread other half of mixture.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes.
