I made the day before and the next day popped them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350. Leftovers stay good for at least a week if they don't get gobbled up too quickly!

I used 8 potatoes, as the recipe called for, mine were small. I think it made a whole lot, while still kinda bland. Maybe with about 5 potatoes, I would like better. ( I also used dried parsley)

Wow... This dish was absolutely delicious! The whole family loved the creamy (not watery) texture of the potatoes. Every bite had a new zest of flavor in it-- you could taste everything: the three cheeses clashing deliciously, the roughness of the potatoes, and the hint of garlic... WONDERFUL!

These potatoes were very good. I liked the cheese flavor in mashed potatoes. Next time I would increase the garlic. Maybe boil the potatoes in garlic water. Being able to make the potatoes up ahead saved me time when dinner time came. I would recommend this recipe for others to try.
