"The bread machine makes this classic combination pretty easy to come by."

"This was perfect - simple and about as healthy as I can get the kids to eat. I never can exactly follow a recipe so my version used 1/2 tsp salt rather than 1/3 and I didn't have bread flour so I used all purpose flour and added 2 tsp wheat gluten to try to make up for it. It came out very light and flavorful. " - swanbeck

Perfect every time

Very easy and tasty. Use both types of flour together. The first time, I used olive oil and the bread tasted strongly of it. Next time I used canola oil and it worked out much better.

Very easy to make. I set my machine on 1.5 size and used regular wheat floor from Walmart. Came out perfect. Thanks for sharing:)

Do I use both wheat flour and bread flour in recipe? Or is it one or the other?

This was delicious. I don't have a 1/3 teaspoon measure so I had to guess, but it came out wonderfully.

YK Nov 06: best bread so far, but still tastes a bit 'raw'
