One loaf is about 8-10 servings.
1. Cream the sugar and peanut butter together until well combined. Add the beaten eggs and milk and mix well.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to the peanut butter mixture.
3. Add the bananas, vanilla and salt and mix well.
4. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake at 350F / 180C / Gas mark 4 for 1 hour.
