Vegetarian Sausage Rolls

I developed this recipe for my mother who loves sausage rolls but doesn' t eat meat anymore. While I usually use pie pastry that I make, you may certainly buy pastry or use puff pastry.

| 1 cupZucchini; cubed |
| 1/2 largeOnion; chopped |
| 3 Garlic |
| 1 largePotato; cooked and chopped |
| 1 cupBread crumbs |
| 1/2 cupRolled barley |
| 3 largeEggs |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 teaspoonOregano |
| 1/2 teaspoonBasil |
| 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper |
| 3/4 teaspoonCayenne |
| 1/2 teaspoonCurry powder |
Vegetarian Sausage Rolls Preparation
Put garlic cloves into food processer. Run till finely chopped. Add carrot and pulse. Add remaining ingredients and pulse till blended and fine.
Use puff pastry or your favorite pie dough. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
** Rolled oats may be substituted for rolled barley. Use regular kind, not quick cooking.
NOTE: Filling expands. Don't overfill your dough.
