Original recipe makes 12
1 1/2 lbsSausage; Jimmy Dean Regular
9 eaEggs
6 slicesWhite Bread; cubed
1 1/2 teaspoonsDry mustard
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1 1/2 cupsCheddar Cheese; Shredded
3 cupsmilk

Sausage Souffle Preparation

Brown and drain sausage and and allow to cool. Beat eggs and milk. Add salt, pepper, and mustard. Mix in bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Encorperate together and pour into 8" x 13" pan. Cover and referigerate over night. Allow to warm to room temperature for to 1 hour and bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350 for 40 -45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.

Ham can be substituted for sausage.
