Original recipe makes 4
4 Tilapia fillets
1 tablespoonButter
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
1/4 teaspoonGarlic powder
1/4 teaspoonParsley
1/4 teaspoonCayenne

spiced tilapia saute Preparation

1. Rinse and pat dry tilapia fillets

2. Combine all seasonings and evenly sprinkle both sides of fillets

3. Pre heat 12 inch skillet over med high heat. Add butter

4. When foaming subsides place filletts in pan and saute 2-3 minutes per side
