Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Warm oil and honey in saucepan. Whisk in vanilla. Pour over dry mixture in a large batter bowl. Gently stir, using hands to mix well. Bake on a large rimmed cookie sheet for about 40 minutes. Stir around
every 10 minutes. Cool, then stir in fruit.

Riverfox57 3 months agoGreat and easy! I used a 'health' mix that I found in the grocery of dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, peanuts, almonds and raisins for the 2 cups of dried fruit. Perfect! Great over yogurt!

ddeyoung875 1 year agoI just made this. It tastes great. I added 1/4 cup of peanut butter to the honey mixture. And it's great as a cereal. I will definitely share this recipe with family and friends.
terrietategraham 1 year agoLove it! can easily be customized to Include what's in my pantry at the time. I used almonds, walnuts and dried cranberries.

lavioux 2 years agoWay too much brown sugar; almost too sweet to eat (and I'm a sugar junkie). Would be good otherwise and it is easy to make.

Sarahsweets379 4 years agoIt was very easy to make and tasted great! I was afraid it was too brown sugar-y at first, but once it cooled it tasted great!! Lots of compliments, I plan on making it to give as a gift.
recipejunky 5 years agoDelicious. I put only 1 cup of sugar the second time I made it. Added flax seed, almonds, coconut, and banana chips. Whole family loves it.
