Granola
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Warm oil and honey in saucepan. Whisk in vanilla. Pour over dry mixture in a large batter bowl. Gently stir, using hands to mix well. Bake on a large rimmed cookie sheet for about 40 minutes. Stir around every 10 minutes. Cool, then stir in fruit.
