flavioalvarenga ,I urge you to try this, and you can reuse for a new plate that I will post this here after.11y
mvc3 ,I substituted 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 3/4 cups of water in place of the red wine, and used worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce. Cooked on low for 10 hours. It was Fantastic. Family loved it.11y
speshinvegas ,Made this tonight and although the au jus was delicious, the pork tenderloin came out dry. I followed the recipe and used everything as directed with no replacement ingredients. It was very tasty though, so I may use a different meat and try this again using that11y
amberlinkous ,Smelled terrible the whole time it was cooking and tasted just as bad as it smelled. I used apple cider vin instead of red wine. No one could finish it. Awful.11y
amgeske ,It Was ok. I used the vinegar as suggested in place of the wine and it was a little too much. Flavor was good otherwise.11y
culinaryart ,I made the recipe with tenderloin and used red wine vinegar instead of wine. I prepared it the night before and the meat was juicy, tender and the flavors were wonderful. A little too much garlic to my taste though. Will do it again.12y
grandmooney10 ,I've made this several times using a pork loin instead of tenderloin. needs to cook on high for 8 hours. I cut it into slices for the last hour to really soak up the juices. A family favorite!12y
miastardust ,Delicious! A family favorite. I sear the meat before putting in the cooker. I also add one whole onion, sliced, and a few bay leaves. And a lot of black pepper because we enjoy lots it.12y
gibmarie ,I would just like to add the left over pork we had it with chips egg and the juices all over it was lovely12y

m.c.landis ,I am pretty sure I followed the recipe for this but I thought the flavors combined very badly.12y
caitynsmom ,Reduced the garlic and used wine like called for. I thought it had a great flavor and I will definitely make again.12y
nairmmcintosh ,Cooked in the oven on 150degc in a casserole dish. Agreed that you dont need that much garlic. Goes well with mash. Very tasty!12y
cortneygellerparks ,Three tablespoons of garlic is way too much, but the flavors were good otherwise, and the pork was very tender. Will try again with some changes.12y
