| 1 cupFlour; sifted |
| 3/4 cupoatmeal; uncooked |
| 1 cupBrown sugar; firmly packed |
| 1/2 cupButter; melted |
| 1 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1 cupSugar |
| 2 tablespoonCornstarch |
| 1 cupWater |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla |
| 4 cupsRhubarb; fineley diced |
Rhubarb Crunch Preparation
Crunch mixture: Combine first 5 ingrediends (flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter). Press one half of mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with rhubarb.
Combine remaining ingrediends ( suguar, cornstarch, water and vanilla). Cook until thick & clear. Pour over rhubarb in baking dish. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees

I love the crunchiness of the crust & toppings of this crunch!
