| 1 cupBisquick; reduced fat |
| 1/2 cupSkim milk |
| 1/4 cupEgg substitute |
| 2 cupFrozen mixed vegetables; thawed |
| 2 cupChicken; cubed |
| 2 cansCream of mushroom soup; fat free |
Chicken Pot Pie Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl mix vegetables, chicken and soup. Pour into dish. In another bowl mx bisquick, milk and egg. Pour over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
