Ready in 45 minutes
Easy and great tasting
"I make these often for friends and family. I work with alot of runners and this is a favorite for them. All that good protein and not real fattening. My Scouts like to have them as snacks on trips and when backpacking in cooler weather.
They make up really fast and not to much cleanup. Even for those cooks that can't cook you can't mess these up, they will always turn out right.

LavenderWand 10 months agoI only had 1 cup of oats (actually it was 3 packets of instant oatmeal) so I adjusted the measurements with BigOven's help. Turned out great!
Dana 11 month agoThe recipe did not set up. I even tried the freezer. Also this recipe makes way more than 12 cookies.
