"Pulled pork is one of my favorite barbecue dishes. While this crockpot version isn't authentic slow smoked Southern barbecue, it is a really easy and surprisingly good recipe. I made a few modifications from the original recipe to suit our tastes; I added about a half teaspoon of liquid smoke along with a good pinch of red chili pepper flakes to the sauce and ended up letting it cook for about six hours. The results were great and made for some really yummy loose meat sandwiches that definitely pleased. We served this with vinegar coleslaw, baked beans and iced sweet tea."- sgrishka

Cut the tenderloin in half; place in a slow cooker. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard and pepper; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove meat; shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker; heat through. Serve on buns.
lesliepressley 4 months agoMy very picky husband RAVED about this. His only complaint was that I didn't make enough. This is definitely one I'll do again!
lesliepressley 5 months agoThis is a Keeper! I made this recipe, but instead of spicy mustard, I used soy sauce. It gave it a nice flavor. Family Loved it! Will definitely make again.

MarineCWO4 3 years agoGreat easy recipe for a slow cooker. I added a little liquid smoke and some hot sauce based on the other remarks. I doubled the amount for a family of 6 and it was the perfect amount. Very tasty.
Sadie2723 3 years agoAdding a little Louisiana Hot Sauce to this really makes it pop. Also, for more of an authentic slow smoked version, consider buying a larger loin and placing it on the grill for some low temperature (250 degrees max) smoke time. Use one hour per pound of loin. Then, put it in the slow cooker as directed four about six hours. Yummy!
