8 slicesBread; cubed
1 poundSausage; cooked, drained, crumbled
1 poundSausage; cooked, drained, crumbled
1 cupCheddar; grated
8 eachEgg; lightly beaten
2 2/3 cupmilk
2 2/3 cupmilk
1 teaspoonDry mustard

Sausage Casserole Preparation

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Layer break cubes, sausage and cheese in pan. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and dry mustard; pour into pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until center is firm.
