| 10 ounceRefrigerated pizza crust |
| 1 cupMozzerella cheese; shredded |
| 3 1/2 ouncePepperoni |
| 1 cupRicotta |
| 1 cupGreen bell pepper; diced |
| 1 cupOnion; diced |
Calzones Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust and stretch into a 12" square. Cut into quarters. For each quarter, sprinkle 2 T. cheese on one half of the square. Top with pepperoni slices, 1/4 cup riccotta, 2 T mozzarella and 1/2 cup pepper/onion mix.
Poke 4 slits on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
