Irish Cream Fantasy Fudge
| 1 1/2 cupsbutter; (3 sticks) |
| 6 cupsSugar |
| 2 cans (5 oz)Evaporated milk |
| 3 eachHershey's Special Dark; 8 oz. candy bars |
| 1/3 cupIrish Cream Liquor |
| 1 teaspoonVanilla extract |
| 1 jarmarshmallow cream; (13 ounces) |
Irish Cream Fantasy Fudge Preparation
Lightly grease 2 (13x9 inch) or 3 (8 inch square) foil pans. Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy stock pot; bring to full rolling boil on medium-high heat stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat.Gradually stir in broken up candy bars until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pans.
Cool at room temperature. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
Perfect for any holiday, makes three 8 inch pans, and is a favorite of kids of all ages. Melts in your mouth, and your hands!
