My favorite meatloaf recipe

"I used 1.25lb of Ground Turkey, I covered the meatloaf for 45 minutes and then during the last 15 minutes I put the ketchup on top and baked uncovered.
The meatloaf was a big hit! I paired it with cheesy mash potatos and green beans. I will be making this one again for sure!
I only gave it 4 stars because the recipe is vague and I wish someone would edit it, do not use 2lbs of meat seriously." - Barbie1277

I love this easy recipe. It's a base-you can add anything you like to it. I also use 2 lb. Turkey instead & it wworks every time.

My husband and I enjoyed this meatloaf. It was moist and had nice flavoring because of the stuffing mix. I did not add the diced onion or pepper because I didn't feel like chopping. Maybe I will add it the next time I make this meatloaf.

Made this last night - one of the best meatloaf recipes I have tried. I used 1 lb turkey & 1 lb beef. It was very good and made A LOT!

go ahead and call me stupid, but what do you do with the ketchup? After you mix all ingredients EXCEPT THE KETCHUP?
