"I loved this recipe, my fiancé and his son said it was the best chicken noodle soup ever!! I made double to freeze away for lunches and dinners, as well as omitting the mushrooms and parsley. | 3 mediumcarrots; sliced |
| 2 medium stalksCelery; sliced |
| 1 mediumOnion |
| 1 tinMushrooms |
| 1 poundCooked chicken breasts; cut in chunks |
| 1 cupFusilli pasta |
| 1/4 cupFresh parsley |
Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or till vegetables are tender.
Add parsley and simmer 10 minutes longer.
Add cooked fusilli or your favorite pasta.and serve.
