Mahi Mahi Maui Style

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Fish and Shellfish

This is one of my favorite fish dishes, which is huge considering I hate fish:)

"Made this again tonight and wanted to add some specifics on the grilling.

Preheat your grill to 375f. If you have mahi fillets that have skin on one side, grill meat side down for 3 minutes, then flip to skin side down and grill about 5-8 minutes (until the fillet hits 140f internal temp). If the fillet is skinless, do about 3-4 minutes per side." - swibirun

We have high hopes for this recipe, but have to agree that it was a little bland. I think it has a ton of potential though just needs more seasoning salt pepper etc. was a great starting point, and we will make again.

I didn't care very much for this recipe. It wasn't very flavorful. Maybe I chose the wrong teriyaki sauce.

Good change from the typical citrus marinade/seasonings we typically use to flavor Mahi Mahi.

I made this tonight for my family but I squeezed an orange instead of using the lemon juice. Family thought it was great!!
