Original recipe makes 2
2 cupswhole blanched almonds
1/2 teaspoonCayenne
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
1 teaspoonCumin
2 tablespoonsButter; melted
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonSea salt

Roasted Almonds with Cayenne and Cumin Preparation

Preheated oven to 300F.

Toss almonds with the other ingredients. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast almonds until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
