2 tablespoonOnion; chopped fine
2 eachEggs; Boiled, chopped
1/2 cupCheddar cheese; cubed
2 tablespoonHellmann's Real Mayonnaise; heaping
salt; to taste
pepper; to taste
1/3 cupBread and butter pickles; chopped

Peas and Pickles Salad Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and chill for at least an hour before serving.

Pleasing textures and a fresh taste. I may substitute frozen peas next time for a crisper taste. All around, a nice side dish that I pared with fish.
