This is my very own creation from several recipes I looked at on the internet.

2 slicesKing's Hawaiian Bread
1 6-oz canAlbacore tuna; drained and seperated with a fork
3 tablespoonHellmann's Real Mayonnaise; divided
1/8 teaspoonCelery salt
1/8 teaspoonGarlic powder
4 eatomato; Slices
4 eaProvolone cheese; Sliced

Tuna Melt Sandwiches Preparation

Place the slices of bread on a cookie sheet. Mix the tuna with 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, celery salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the two slices of bread. Top the bread with the tomato slices, then the tuna mixture, then the cheese. Broil for two minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Delicious, quick and easy. It's a nice alternative to a cold tuna salad sandwich. I just used regualr whole wheat bread instead of kings hawaiian.
