A new twist to the classic favorite, this easy meatloaf is tasty and fun!
"Awesome twist on traditional meat loaf! I will make this over and over, the American cheese makes it delicious. I made Mac and cheese as a side but would be great with traditional Mexican sides. I also made this in a pie pan to serve it in wedges and ensure even cooking therefore I did not put salsa on the middle I only poured it on the top and worked great." - platinumdivaYield: 6 Ready in 1 hours

Taco Meatloaf Preparation
Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs, and taco seasoning and mix well. Place half of the meat mixture into loaf pan. Spread with thin layer of salsa and place remaining half of meat mixture on top of that. Place three slices of cheese then top off with generous amount salsa and bake in 375 oven for about 35 min. Remove from oven and top with with cheese. If desired then return for appox. 10 more min. or until it's done.
