A new twist to the classic favorite, this easy meatloaf is tasty and fun!
"Awesome twist on traditional meat loaf! I will make this over and over, the American cheese makes it delicious. I made Mac and cheese as a side but would be great with traditional Mexican sides. I also made this in a pie pan to serve it in wedges and ensure even cooking therefore I did not put salsa on the middle I only poured it on the top and worked great."- platinumdiva

Grandmajunebug 5 months agoEasy and tasty! Next time I'm going to use ground turkey in place of the beef. My husband LOVED this!

lisachase752 6 months agoI used shredded cheese instead...I will let ya know how it turned out!
galdama3 6 months agoThe prep went smoothly, but the taco meatloaf turned out way too greasy. It might have been the type of ground beef I used. I also used shredded mexican-style cheese instead of American cheese slices. The overall taste was good but had an ugly appearance with all the greasy.
