Maple syrup and apple juice provide the mildly sweet marinade for these salmon fillets. Whether they are broiled or grilled, the fillets glaze nicely when basted. Everyone I've served this to seems to love it. Kathy Schrecengost Oswego, New York

Gyoza , 2 years agoDelicious! Used apple sauce instead of the juice (left over from a roast pork dinner). Great recipe thanks so much.
kpitch91 , 2 years agoOnly marinated for an hour so the flavor was mild. But the left overs the next day were great. I would marinate the fish all day next time.
lilymax4 , 2 years agoExcellent recipe. I boiled the left over marinade, constantly stirring until it thickened and carmelized. I used it as a sauce over the salmon. It was amazing.
USACanada , 2 years agoMarinated it for about 6 hours. Flavor was mild but good. I will make it again but may try a bit more garlic and maybe apple cider for more intense flavor.
AlexisOliver , 2 years agoThis recipie sounds really good if you have any more involving salmon please notify me
buddyolds , 2 years agoVery good quick and easy. I think a sauce would go well with it.
jasonmackay , 2 years agosuper easy and oh so delicious
Smcshane , 2 years agoSo yummy and so easy! Ingredients already at home
sistdc , 2 years agoJust OK - marinated for 4 hours but still found the flavor mild
Trish291 , 3 years agoThank you so much! Salmon has always been "if-y" for me to cook so I figured I'd give this recipe a try. I was not disappointed! My son, who hates fish, was even grabbing for the last piece.
punkie569 , 3 years agoThis wasn't bad for an easy, quick recipe. I only marinated it for about an hour and it could definitely have used more marination time. It's a good recipe to keep on hand though since I usually have all the ingredients but I don't think it'll be my go-to salmon recipe.
mmmel , 3 years agoAbsolutely devine !! Better than a top end restaurant :)
Vesnacsr , 3 years agoSo delicious! I boiled the marinade for a minute, then simmered for about 5 minutes and it made a fantastic sauce.
Scuba8850 , 3 years agoDelicious and so easy to create!

Charmcity , 3 years agoCan I give more than 5 stars? Fantastic. We just finished dinner with this and it was a huge success. Just an hour of marinade was enough and then basted every 4 minutes until done. Highly recommend
cookie1269 , 3 years agosuper easy to make and taste wonderful highly recommend ;)
mindyp88 , 3 years agoMy guy absolutely thought this was the best meal I have made so far.
