Maple Teriyaki Salmon Fillets

Best cooked on grill not in oven.

I combined a couple of the ideas I read in earlier comments, and it was phenomenal, (even my 5 & 7yr olds liked it)! I baked the fish for 30mins, center-rack of oven & boiled the 1/2 cup of marinade that was set aside for basting, to use it as a sauce. I also believe it will be better to marinade it at least 3hrs if not longer since the sauce was really the main flavoring.

Incredible salmon. We baked the fish at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes instead of broiling, and it was extremely moist. It vanished quickly at our weekly Church dinner.

It was awesome... Me and my nd loved it. I just used some extra spices in my marinated... It came out fantastic. We are pescatarian so this will be made again.
