Thank you so much! Salmon has always been "if-y" for me to cook so I figured I'd give this recipe a try. I was not disappointed! My son, who hates fish, was even grabbing for the last piece.

This wasn't bad for an easy, quick recipe. I only marinated it for about an hour and it could definitely have used more marination time. It's a good recipe to keep on hand though since I usually have all the ingredients but I don't think it'll be my go-to salmon recipe.

So delicious! I boiled the marinade for a minute, then simmered for about 5 minutes and it made a fantastic sauce.

Can I give more than 5 stars? Fantastic. We just finished dinner with this and it was a huge success. Just an hour of marinade was enough and then basted every 4 minutes until done. Highly recommend
