This is the recipe from the Kitchen Plus 2000 chopper demonstration that they put on every year at the State Fair of Texas. It's great as a dip on chips, or as a side dish to all types of Mexican food.

3 eaRipe Roma tomatoes; ends cut off and quartered
1/4 mediumOnion
4 sprigsfresh cilantro; or more to taste
2 clovesGarlic
1 teaspoonLawry's season salt
2 teaspoonLemon juice
2 mediumJalapeno peppers; stems and seeds removed

Pico De Gallo Preparation

Chop the garlic fine or mince it. Add the garlic and remaining ingredients to a chopper or a blender (if using a blender, use the chop setting off and on quickly to make a course chop). Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
