Pico De Gallo

This is the recipe from the Kitchen Plus 2000 chopper demonstration that they put on every year at the State Fair of Texas. It's great as a dip on chips, or as a side dish to all types of Mexican food.

Ingredients

3 ea Ripe Roma tomatoes; ends cut off and quartered
1/4 medium Onion
4 sprigs fresh cilantro; or more to taste
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Lawry's season salt
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 medium Jalapeno peppers; stems and seeds removed

Preparation

Chop the garlic fine or mince it. Add the garlic and remaining ingredients to a chopper or a blender (if using a blender, use the chop setting off and on quickly to make a course chop). Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
