Original recipe makes 10
2 large clovesGarlic
salt and pepper; to taste
1/2 cupolive oil
6 Roma tomatoes
Fresh basil
French bread
Mozzarella cheese; shredded

Bruschetta Preparation

Mix garlic,salt and pepper,and a few drops of oil to make a paste. Add oil,chopped tomatoes,and basil.

Toss.

Brush sliceed bread with oil and place under broiler till a golden colour. Put brochetta and cheese on top. Broil until cheese is melted.
