This is a crockpot recipe. Really easy to throw in and eat in a few hours.
"This was a good idea when you want to throw something together and forget about it. Normally when I would make stuffed peppers it turns out being to dry. In the crock pot it turned out very juicy. " - melissasmith3Yield: 6 Ready in 4 hours, 30 minutes

Stuffed Green Peppers In Crock Pot Preparation
Buy tall green peppers (usually I can get 6 in my crock pot but I have a rather large one). Cut off the tops and deseed the inner part of the green pepper.
In a bowl combine 1 pound of ground beef (do not brown - mix raw beef)mozzeralla cheese, little parmasean, salt/pepper. Stuff the green peppers about 3/4 to the top - leave room for expansion while the peppers cook. Pour a little tomato sauce over the peppers and put the tops back on them. Cover and cook on low ALL day or high about 4 hours. The grease from the beef will coat the peppers all the way through and make them yummy!
