| 2 cupsBisquick |
| 4 cupsShredded cheddar cheese; or Monterrey Jack or mixed |
| 1/8 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/8 teaspoonPepper |
| 1 tablespoonDried sage |
| 1 tablespoonDried parsley |
| 2 tablespoonpickled jalapeno; Chopped |
| 2 eaGreen onions; chopped fine - use tops |
| 2 tablespoonWater |
Spicy Sausage Balls Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray two cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form into 1 inch balls and place them on baking sheets leaving some space between them so you can turn them over. Bake 15 minutes and then turn them over. Bake an additional 15 minutes and transfer to serving dish. If you have leftovers, they are good reheated in the microwave.
