This is a recipe that I found on allrecipes.com and my oldest son loved it and he has made a lot of changes to it. I'm sure mine isn't as good, but we occasionally compare notes on what we're doing differently to change it up. He puts a little wine in his, I think. Maybe this will inspire him to post his..... :-)

Jenjennifer , 2 years agoWow!! Deeeeelish!! However, I did take some ideas from other reviews to amp it up a bit.... Sauteed garlic, mushrooms, onions, & yellow peppers with the sausage & added some chili peppers too to give it some zip!!

Jd6376 , 3 years agoThis turned out awesome! I was looking for something quick to make as I'm not that good in the kitchen, this dish really hit the spot! I added some green peppers to mine maybe next time some mushrooms.

Mnigro , 3 years agoMy family loved this meal. I mixed the meat sauce with the noodles instead of just layering them so it gave it a nice consistency throughout. My husband said to add it to his favorites list!
pols005 , 3 years agoVery tasty! I don't eat meat so I substituted Morning Star Sausage Style Crumbles. It turned out great. The whole family loved it.
Jojoshoes , 3 years agoReally good stuff but may be a smidgen too cheesy for my tastes, so I might reduce the provolone. I also think I'll do a better job mixing the noodles and cheeses so it's distributed a little more evenly. I also used chicken instead of sausage.
