This is a recipe that I found on allrecipes.com and my oldest son loved it and he has made a lot of changes to it. I'm sure mine isn't as good, but we occasionally compare notes on what we're doing differently to change it up. He puts a little wine in his, I think. Maybe this will inspire him to post his..... :-)
mnigro ,My family loved this meal. I mixed the meat sauce with the noodles instead of just layering them so it gave it a nice consistency throughout. My husband said to add it to his favorites list!12y
pols005 ,Very tasty! I don't eat meat so I substituted Morning Star Sausage Style Crumbles. It turned out great. The whole family loved it.13y
jojoshoes ,Really good stuff but may be a smidgen too cheesy for my tastes, so I might reduce the provolone. I also think I'll do a better job mixing the noodles and cheeses so it's distributed a little more evenly. I also used chicken instead of sausage.13y
lwat08 ,I made this last night turned out great! I will definatly make it again, I added sauted mushrooms and tomatoes to my pasta sauce and a layer of thin sliced peperoni ontop of the layer of provalone turned out awesome13y
kimberlyn73 ,Tried this tonight and the family really liked it. This is the second recipe that I've tried from this site and so far they have both been winners in my house.13y
bretthill ,This dish is so good...I made it for my girlfriend and our families it was wonderful...I'm having leftovers after work...my only thought is boil the noodles for maybe five min. Just enough to start the cooking process13y
smithsuzanne ,This is a good recipe, but as in most Italian dishes, I modified it somewhat to make it my own. Mixed the sauce with the pasta to make sure the Ziti was covered - added some minced garlic to the sausage as it was browning and used more cheese than called for. This was a very good dish and one I'll do again.13y
chergenroeder ,Extremely tasty Ziti. Full of flavor. We both took the left overs to work the next day and devoured it. I can't wait to make this again.13y
chefabulous ,Simply delicious. I made it and my family loved it . I will be making this dish for the next few family gatherings13y
joeyswife ,It was great. I made with Italian turkey sausage and followed the recipe. I love seasoning so I added a little season salt, oregano, black pepper and red pepper flakes. My husband enjoed it too!14y
nicjones ,This was very good! Used some cottage cheese instead of ricotta, and a little less sauce. I would add some garlic next time to the onions. Overall, very tasty!14y
easymac77 ,Awesome recipe!! Not a fan of ricotta cheese, so I substituted it with cottage cheese. One of my favorites. Will definately be having this again!14y
buttacup000 ,I love eating this meal at my favorite Italian restaurant and decided to make it at home. I'm glad I did because it was delicious! I followed the recipe but mixed the ziti and sauce together before placing it in the pan to get the sauce through the pasta and I covered the pan so that the dish can be juicy. Can't wait to try this on my family when they come to visit!14y
regparsons ,Very easy to make & the result was delicious. It was so good my teenage son practically licked the plate clean!14y
