Simple, fast and tasty side dish!
"This was so good! I couldn't eat enough of it! My husband also really liked it and said it reminded him of the rice he used to have when he lived in Guam. It was really easy to make! I didn't have any salsa so I used a cup of Rotel, but a cup ended up being a whole can. Also, I drained the Rotel before I put it in. I'm definitely making this again! Meatless Spanish Rice Preparation
In large fry pan saute instant rice in vegetable oil until golden. Add water, sauce, salsa, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir. Cover and simmer 10 min.
