Corn and Beef Pasta Bake

| 2 #Ground beef |
| 2 medonion; chopped |
| 2 medgreen or sweet red pepper; chopped |
| 4 garlicCloves |
| 4 cupsfrozen corn; thawed |
| 2 14-oz canDiced tomatoes; undrained |
| 3 cupsuncooked bow tie pasta |
| 2 cupsButtermilk |
| 1 8-oz packageCream cheese; cream cheese |
| 1 tspcili powder; (up to 2) |
| salt/pepper; to taste |
| 2 cupsMont jack cheese; (8oz)shredded Mont Jack Cheese |
Corn and Beef Pasta Bake Preparation
Brown beef, adding onion , garlic and grn pepper. Drain, stin in corn, tomatoes, past, buttermilk, crm cheese, chili powder, salt and pepper. ***Transfer to a greased 2/1/2 qt baking dish, sprinkle w/cheese. Cover and Bake on 375 for 40 min. Uncover bake 25-30 min or until pasta is tender.

***Transfer to zip-top bag or freezer container, label and freeze
