Herbed Salmon Fillets In Foil

I came across this recipe while trying to figure out how to use up bottled ceasar salad dressing. We eat fish often and I'm always happy to discover a new recipe that is child friendly.

Herbed Salmon Fillets In Foil Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Have ready 6 pieces of aluminum foil, each cut to enclose 1 fillet.
Place a fillet in the middle of a piece of foil. Season with salt and pepper, and put a lemon slice on top. Pour 2 1/2 tabelspoons of dressing over each fillet. Sprinkle with the garlic and thyme, and scatter 1/2 cup of croutons over each fillet. Enclose in the foil, sealing it airtight and leaving a little space at the top for the packet to expand.
Bake the packages on the rack of the oven for 12 minutes. Transfer the packages to dinner plates. Be sure to open them carefully because there is a buildup of steam inside.
