1 poundLean ground beef; -browned and drained
1 smallOnion; -thinly sliced
5 clovesGarlic; -minced
10 ouncesCabbage; -finely shredded
14 ounceschop suey vegetables; -drained
2 tablespoonsSoy sauce
1 teaspoonTabasco sauce

Chinese Beef and Cabbage Preparation

Combine browned, drained beef with onion and garlic in medium skillet.

Saute until onion becomes soft and translucent.

Add soy and Tabasco sauces; stir well.

Add cabbage and cover skillet, cook over medium heat until cabbage wilts.

Stir in chop suey vegetables, cover and heat through.
