Party food Texas style!
"I took everybody's suggestions and I created something a little unique. I omitted the black olives since I think they are disgusting but I added a can of tomato w/green chili (the one you put in Velveeta to make nacho dip). I also added a little cumin. Since I was making these for my girls, I rolled up ham in the tortilla as well. A huge success and will definitely be in my kitchen arsenal. "- Laideeblayz

Mix the first six ingredients well in a mixing bowl. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas and gently roll them up. Wrap the rolled up tortillas in damp paper towels and place them in a gallon freezer bag. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or as long as 24 hours. To serve, slice in 1 inch pieces. Great for dipping in salsa!

TamaraMichele 7 months agoI have a similar recipe, only it also calls for one jar of pimiento. The roll-ups make for a beautiful appetizer at Christmastime, although my family demands them year-round!

Jpgl10 1 year agoThis is always a hit when I make it. I have made some changes to the recipe, instead of flour tortillas I use jalapeño. Also I added 2 jalapeño's to the ingredients. Those changes really made a tasty difference!

shanban31207 2 years agoForgot to put in the green onions, green chili, and cheese....and my family still loved it! Thank you!
Succubus77 2 years agoI like the simplicity of these. I add cumin, cilantro and cayenne to my mixture. After they set up, the get kinda mushy. The flavor is there but my family isn't crazy about the consistency. So, what I do is after I cut them into little pieces, I throw them in the deep fryer. The only take a few seconds for each batch and they disappear like crazy.
FullMetalBlonde 3 years agoVery delicious!!! I added a ranch packet and some garlic powder and 1 tomatoe! It gave it that lil extra kick. They r great as is tho, my family loves them and so do my clients!!
