| 2 tablespoonsButter |
| 1 tablespoonLemon juice |
| 1 tablespoonDijon mustard |
| 1/2 cupHeavy cream |
| 1 teaspoonCapers |
Sauce For Salmon Preparation
Melt butter in small saucepan.
Add lemon juice and mustard.
Stir in cream, a little at a time, until of desired consistency.
Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until hot. Do NOT boil.
Stir in capers just before serving.
