Combine first five ingredients, mixing well with wire whisk. Spray griddle or large saute pan with PAM. Place butter in pan and heat pan until butter begins to sizzle. Meanwhile, dip slices one-at-a-time in egg batter and place in sizzling butter. Cook until each side is well browned.
Serve with sugar free maple syrup and whipped butter or reduced calorie butter.
