This was absolutely delicious! Another recipe that is versatile! Add fruits you love and leave out the ones you don't. My husband is a picky fruit eater and he loved this. This will be a dish I will serve often.

I made this with mangos, strawberries, blueberries and a banana. The flavors blended well. The dressing was better than I thought it would be (I added lime juice, too). All in all, this was a delicious fruit salad!

Wonderful, just added a little additional flavor and sweetness to the fruit and kept the fruit looking great. Got lots of compliments on it.

I heated the dresssing for one minute in the microwave before whisking with a wire whisk. Then I chopped about 2 tsp of fresh mint into the dressing to sit while I prepared the rest of the salad. It was a hit!

I always use citrus juice to stop the fruit from browning, and the honey was a beautiful addition! I'll always add honey from now on :)

Absolutely delicious! I love the dressing: I used huckleberry honey from a local apiary, which is dark and flavorful.
I think the best thing about it is that you can use any fruit you want. I used apple, pear, and red grapes; I would have used pineapple, but my husband forgot to pick it up on his way home. Oh well. That just means we'll have to make it again!
