Quaker Oats Classic Meatloaf
"This was phenomenal. I hate meatloaf usually, but I had seconds of this. My husband at half the loaf, and even my picky, almost two-year-old, loved it too, and even asked for seconds. I used ground turkey instead, only because that's what I had in my freezer. It took an hour to cook. I served it with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. My husband, who hates ground turkey, has asked me to make this a weekly staple (and continue to use the turkey!)."- SunnyFLErin

kelmillington 1 year agoGreat meatloaf. We added chopped onion and mushrooms to the meat before cooking. Also added a few mushrooms and chili sauce to the top during last few minutes of cooking.
plutomoms8 1 year agoGood, the ground turkey didn't hold together as well as I would like it. It was extremely difficult to slice

Haileydickens 1 year agoI feel like the oats night throw the texture off. Did anybody feel like the oats didn't seem right in the meatloaf?
