| 1/2 cupCoconut oil |
| 1/4 cupSliced almonds |
| 1/4 cupUnsweetened coconut meat; shredded |
| 2 tablespoonsUnsweetened cocoa powder |
| 15 dropsLiquid Stevia |
| 15 dropsLiquid Splenda |
| 1 packetSweetOne |
Coconut Oil Bark Preparation
Combine all ingredients over low heat in a small saucepan or skillet.
Stir over low heat until hot, and nuts begin to sizzle.
Remove from heat and let stand until mixture cools somewhat.
Divide into 6 silicon muffin cups (equal parts solids in each cup) and let stand until firm.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
