Original recipe makes 2
1/2 cupCoconut oil
1/4 cupSliced almonds
1/4 cupUnsweetened coconut meat; shredded
2 tablespoonsUnsweetened cocoa powder
15 dropsLiquid Stevia
15 dropsLiquid Splenda
1 packetSweetOne

Coconut Oil Bark Preparation

Combine all ingredients over low heat in a small saucepan or skillet.

Stir over low heat until hot, and nuts begin to sizzle.

Remove from heat and let stand until mixture cools somewhat.

Divide into 6 silicon muffin cups (equal parts solids in each cup) and let stand until firm.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Per Serving: 218 Calories; 24g Fat (91.9% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 2mg Sodium
