| 3 clovesgarlic; thinly sliced |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonCrushed red pepper |
| 1/4 cupWater |
Broccoli with Sauted Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes Preparation
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper and sliced garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water , cover, reduce heat to low and cook until tender.
