You can make your own dough or purchase in 1 pound bags from many supermarkets. Picture uploaded is my pizza about to go into the oven. I also added leaf spinach and jalapeno peppers. I use canned olives because they are less salty.
Saute the sliced onions and garlic. Roll out dough in 2 pizza trays. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinlkle with black pepper. Distribute sauted onions, black and green olives between the 2 pizzas. Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes. When done, drizzle with additional olive oil.
I use Lindsay Canned Olives: Green Ripe Select Medium, Pitted 6 oz. can Sliced California Ripe (black) 6.5 oz. can
