Backyard Macaroni Salad
| 3/4 cupHellmans Light Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cuppimento; (2-oz jar), drained, chopped |
| 1/4 cupOnions; chopped |
| 1/4 cupsweet pickle relish |
| 1 teaspoonPrepared mustard |
| 1/8 teaspoonBlack pepper |
| 3 cupscold cooked macaroni; rinsed and drained |
| sugar substitute; to equal 1 T sugar |
Backyard Macaroni Salad Preparation
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, pimento, onion, pickle relish. sugar substitute, mustard, and black pepper. Add macaroni. Mix well to combine. Cover and refridgerate for at least 30 min. Gently stir again just before serving.
