Stove-top Hot Dish Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 inch bakingpan with butter flavored cooking spray. In a largesaucepan, combine chicken broth and frozen veggies.Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and stir indry stuffing mix. In a small bowl, combine chickensoup, sour cream, and cornstarch. Add soup mix tostuffing mix and combine well. Fold in turkey andparsley flakes. Sprea mixture into prepared bakingpan and bake for 45 minutes. Let set on wire rack for5 min and cut into 8 servings.
